Chris Rosser (he/him, MDiv, MLIS) is First Year and Transfer Experience Librarian at Oklahoma State University and has been at OSU since February 2024. From 2009 to 2024, Chris served as Instructional and Theological Librarian at Oklahoma Christian University. His librarianship centers around instruction in information, media, and AI literacies; his interests include pedagogy, instructional design, and innovative approaches to learning, like gamification and desire-driven learning. He and his colleague’s forthcoming book, Generative AI and Libraries: Claiming Our Place in the Center of a Shared Future, will be released in Summer 2025 (ALA Editions). His work has been featured at annual conferences and in other venues by the American Library Association (ALA), Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL), Oklahoma Library Association (OLA), American Theological Librarian Association (Atla), Oklahoma Association of College and Research Librarians (OK-ACRL), Transformative Learning Conference (TLC), Community of Oklahoma Instruction Librarians (COIL), CenterPeace, and the Christian Scholar’s Conference (CSC). He lives in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Nicole Sump-Crethar began her library career at UCO in the archives in 1996 and eventually went on to complete a Master of Science degree in Library and Information Science at the University of Illinois. She has come full circle and is currently back working at the UCO Library.
Nicole loves spending time outdoors in her adopted home state and enjoys hiking and camping in the Wichita Mountains.

Kaitlin Crotty began her library career as student worker at the Stratton Taylor Library at Rogers State University (RSU). She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from RSU and earned her Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of Oklahoma. She worked at the Schusterman Library at OU-Tulsa while earning her MLIS. Kaitlin later had the opportunity to return to RSU as the Access Services & Distance Learning Librarian and now serves as the Library Director.
Kaitlin spends her mythical free time gaming, reading, and spending time with her three cats, dog, bunny, and tortoise.

Ash Latchem is the First Year Experience and Instruction Librarian at Rogers State University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Notheastern State University (NSU) and her Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Oklahoma.
Ash has worked in libraries since 2019, serving students at both NSU and Tulsa Community College. While earning her MLIS, she also worked at the Hope Research Center, an experience that has helped shape her approach to student engagement and instruction.
In her free time, Ash enjoys spending time with family and her two cats.

Lisa Grimes is the Director of Instruction and Research at McFarlin Library at the University of Tulsa and is also an Adjunct Professor in the Kendall College of Arts & Sciences.
Prior to moving to academia, she served in public school as a teacher and then as a librarian for a total of 18 years.

After earning a BA and MA in English Literature, Hallie Macom began teaching English Composition at Southern Nazarene University and Rose State College. After deciding that she enjoyed working in higher education, Hallie went on to earn her MLIS with the goal of becoming an academic librarian. She spent 2.5 years at SNU as the Research & Instruction Librarian and has recently joined the OU Library as the STEM Instruction Librarian.
Hallie particularly enjoy teaching information literacy and collaborating with other departments to meet the information needs of both students and faculty.
Hallie lives in Edmond, OK with her husband, two kiddos, and their cat and dog. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cross-stitching, and playing board/card games.
